What Makes Our LED Lighting Different?

All of our LED lighting products are built on our Australian-patented InnoCool thermal management technology. Heat is the primary cause of LED degradation — the hotter an LED runs, the faster its light output drops and the shorter its life. InnoCool solves this at the source.

By integrating our passive heat transfer system directly into the light housing, our LEDs operate at significantly lower junction temperatures than conventional products — preserving luminous output, extending service life, and maintaining consistent light quality throughout the product’s rated life.

Why Lower Temperature Means Longer Life?

Higher operating temperatures directly accelerate LED degradation. As junction temperature rises, the rate at which light output irreversibly declines increases — a phenomenon known as lumen depreciation. In high-pressure sodium lights and many conventional LEDs, this is a significant limitation.

InnoCool’s passive heat transfer system actively draws heat away from the LED junction, maintaining operating temperatures well below the thresholds at which accelerated degradation occurs. The performance gap between an Inno Energy lamp and a conventional LED widens over time — by year five and beyond, our luminaires are still delivering close to their rated output while competitors have degraded significantly.
