Relationship between Temperature and Service Life

Our Patented Thermal Heat Conductivity Technology allows for LED lights using our technology to operate at Lower Temperatures, with Higher Power Factor and Efficiency, Greater Optical Flux and Higher Light Efficiency. In the graph, we see traditional LED lighting (denoted by the red dot) having a higher operating temperature than a comparable Inno Energy lamp (denoted in green) at the same Luminous Flux level. This shows that our Lamps can have a much great product service life, reducing the maintenance cost.

Our LED Energy-Saving Principle

Prolonged heat can significantly shorten the useful life of many LED systems. Higher ambient temperature leads to higher junction temperatures, which can increase the degradation rate of the LED junction element, possibly causing the light output of an LED to irreversibly decrease over the long term at a faster rate than at lower temperatures. From the graph, our Lamps are able to maintain its Luminous Flux far better than traditional lamps.
