About us

Shaping a Greener, Brighter, and More Sustainable Future.

Introduction

Our journey began with a simple conviction: that Australian innovation could solve the world’s hardest energy challenges. From developing patented LED lighting and battery storage technology to pioneering battery recycling research, Inno Energy Group is building the full lifecycle of sustainable energy — from power generation and storage, through to recovery and reuse.

Founded on the strength of our Australian-patented InnoCool heat transfer technology, we have grown from a world-class lighting and storage solutions provider into an active participant in Australia’s emerging battery recycling industry — working alongside leading universities and research institutions to ensure that no battery ends up in landfill.

Our Mission

To lead Australia’s energy future through world-class technology, research-backed innovation, and a genuine commitment to sustainability. We deliver high-performance LED lighting and battery storage solutions today, while investing in the battery recycling breakthroughs that will define tomorrow.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

At the heart of everything we do is a deep commitment to environmental sustainability. We believe that true sustainability means thinking beyond the product — considering its full lifecycle, from manufacture and deployment through to second life and end-of-life recovery.

That means designing battery storage systems that last longer and perform better. It means partnering with Australia’s leading universities to develop the recycling pathways that will recover valuable materials from spent batteries. And it means holding ourselves to the same standard we ask of the industries we serve.

Our goal is a circular energy economy — where the resources that go into a battery come back out again, and where Australian innovation leads the way.

Our Team

At Inno Energy Group, our team brings together a diverse blend of expertise across engineering, materials science, energy markets, and business development. United by a shared vision for a sustainable future, we combine deep technical knowledge with commercial experience to deliver innovative, future-ready energy solutions.

From cutting-edge research and product development to project execution and market strategy, our people are the driving force behind everything we do.
